J'étais content des services rendues par ma cafetière, mais cela n'a pas duré longtemps.Après même pas 10 mois de service, elle fuit, je ne sais d'où, mais mon meuble est toujours inondé, à chaque utilisation.Je vous déconseille donc fortement cette cafetière et j'aimerai savoir comment faire marcher la garantie.Je reprends mon commentaire.après avoir fait un détartrage "poussé", la cafetière ne fuit plus et le café est toujours très bon.Je pense que mes précédents détartrages n'étaient pas assez efficaces.Cet incident m'a permis de constaté que le vendeur était très réactif et à l'écoute de sa clientèle.Dès ma demande de remplacement, il m'a fait parvenir, le jour même, la marche à suivre pour le retour gratuit de la cafetière pour un échange, avec les documents nécessaires en pièces jointes.Je vous conseille donc cette cafetière et surtout ce vendeur.

I was happy with my coffee maker, but it didn't last long. After less than 10 months of use, it started leaking. I don't know where, but my cabinet is always flooded every time I use it. I strongly advise against buying this coffee maker and would like to know how to claim under the warranty. I'm revising my previous comment. After a thorough descaling, the coffee maker no longer leaks and the coffee is still very good. I think my previous descaling attempts weren't effective enough. This incident allowed me to see that the seller was very responsive and attentive to their customers. As soon as I requested a replacement, they sent me, the same day, the instructions for returning the coffee maker free of charge for an exchange, with the necessary documents attached. I therefore recommend this coffee maker and especially this seller.

Ich habe die Maschine (20 Bar) aufgrund des guten P/L Verhältnisses gekauft und natürlich wegen der überwiegend guten Bewertungen auf Amazon.Ich muss sagen: ich bin begeistert von der Maschine.Sie kam gut verpackt an und auf den ersten Blick hat sie mir noch besser gefallen als auf den Bildern. Die Metallteile sind in Edelstahl Optik, die anderen rot lackierten Teile aus hochglänzendem Plastik. Schönes Gesamtbild....Der Wassertank lässt sich sehr gut einsetzen, genau wie das Sieb. Hier muss ich anmerken, dass beim erstmaligen festdrehen des Kaffeesiebes der Widerstand größer war, als es momentan der Fall ist. Das heißt ich habe auch (wie viele Rezensenten hier auf Amazon) den Eindruck, dass der Dichtungsring bereits ein wenig nachlässt. Ich kann aber bisher nicht feststellen, dass das Wasser irgendwo vorbeiläuft.Der Wasserdampf, der nach jeder Zubereitung (sobald man den Durchlaufschalter wieder in die Ausgangsposition bringt) ausgestoßen wird, stört mich überhaupt nicht.Zum Kaffee: Wenn man gute Bohnen mit feinem Mahlgrad verwendet, erhält man wirklich einen Espresso, wie man ihn auch in Neapel am Tresen bekommen würde: aromatisch, geschmacksintensiv mit einer guten Crema. Es empfiehlt sich natürlich gefiltertes Wasser und eine gute Mühle zu verwenden, um die Ergebnisse zu optimieren. Die Trinktemperatur direkt nach der Zubereitung ist angenehm, allerdings kann ich schon verstehen, wenn es einigen hier nicht heiß genug ist. Er ist zwar gut warm, aber nicht so, als dass man ihn schlürfen müsste. Man muss demnach eben einen kurzen Espresso/Ristretto zubereiten, an dem man nicht 10 Minuten trinkt.Zum Milchschäumer kann ich nichts sagen, da ich nur Espresso trinke.Insgesamt bin ich sehr überzeugt was Kaffeequalität und Handling angeht. Ob die Haltbarkeit der Maschine auch so positiv zu bewerten ist, kann ich leider noch nicht sagen. Ich habe schon die Sorge, dass die Dichtungen den Geist aufgeben, gerade weil viele Käufer das gleiche diesbezüglich schreiben. Wenn dies der Fall ist, werde ich es hier Nachtragen.

I bought this machine (20 bar) because of its good price-performance ratio and, of course, because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Amazon. I have to say, I'm thrilled with it. It arrived well-packaged, and at first glance, I liked it even more than in the pictures. The metal parts have a stainless steel look, while the other red-painted parts are made of high-gloss plastic. A nice overall appearance. The water tank is very easy to insert, as is the filter basket. I should mention, however, that when I first tightened the coffee filter basket, the resistance was greater than it is now. This means that I also have the impression (like many reviewers here on Amazon) that the sealing ring is already starting to wear out a bit. So far, I haven't noticed any water leakage. The steam that's released after each brewing cycle (as soon as you return the brew switch to its starting position) doesn't bother me at all. Regarding the coffee: If you use good beans with a fine grind, you really get an espresso like you'd get at a bar in Naples: aromatic, full-flavored, with a good crema. Of course, using filtered water and a good grinder is recommended to optimize the results. The drinking temperature immediately after brewing is pleasant, although I can understand if some people find it not hot enough. It's nice and warm, but not so hot that you'd want to sip it. Therefore, you just have to make a short espresso/ristretto that you don't sip for 10 minutes. I can't comment on the milk frother, as I only drink espresso. Overall, I'm very impressed with the coffee quality and ease of use. Unfortunately, I can't yet say whether the machine's durability will be as good. I'm worried the seals might fail, especially since many buyers have reported the same issue. If that happens, I'll update this review.

Wir hatten bereits 2 Maschinen von Beem mit 20 Bar Pumpendruck, von denen eine ganz hervorragend funktioniert, während die Zweite von Beginn an Probleme mit der Dichtigkeit hatte. Nachdem schließlich auch noch regelmäßig das Wasser an der Verbindung zum Wasserbehälter heraus gelaufen ist und die Arbeitsplatte überschwemmt hat, haben wir sie als Garantiefall nach 20 Monaten an Amazon zurückgeschickt und problemlos eine Erstattung erhalten, die wir sofort in diese Maschine von Klarstein investiert haben.Nach der schwarzen 20-Bar-Version von Beem, haben wir jetzt die rote Maschine von Klarstein, die es von Beem nur mit 15 Bar gab und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Maschine ist hundertprozentig dicht und hat im Unterschied zur Beem einen automatischen Druckablass, das bedeutet, dass es nach dem Aufschäumen und auch nach der Kaffeeproduktion kurz aus dem Auffangbehälter dampft. Zunächst hatte ich einen Defekt vermutet, konnte mich aber dann anhand eines Youtube-Videos davon überzeugen, dass das so sein muss.Insgesamt ist sie vielleicht etwas laut, aber da es ja keine dauerhafte Beschallung ist, kann man das verschmerzen.Die Maschine holt aus jedem Kaffeepulver das Maximum raus, sorgt für eine exzellente Crema und der Milchaufschäumer funktioniert ebenfalls hervorragend und lässt sich im Gegensatz zu diversen anderen Maschinen wie z.B. von DeLonghi sehr einfach reinigen. Plastikhaube abziehen, unter fließend Wasser säubern und den Metallstab mit einem Schwamm abreiben.Ebenso kann man sehr einfach mehrere Tassen hintereinander zubereiten ohne Probleme mit zu hohem oder zu niedrigem Druck zu bekommen.Wir würden diese Maschine jederzeit wieder kaufen und empfehlen sie auch unseren Freunden, die uns dafür schon sehr dankbar waren und immer noch mit uns sprechen. :-)

We've already owned two Beem machines with 20-bar pump pressure. One worked perfectly, while the second had leaks from the start. After water started leaking regularly from the connection to the water tank, flooding the countertop, we returned it to Amazon under warranty after 20 months and received a full refund without any problems. We immediately invested the money in this Klarstein machine. After the black 20-bar Beem, we now have the red Klarstein model, which Beem only offered with 15 bar, and we're very happy with it. The Klarstein is completely leak-proof and, unlike the Beem, has an automatic pressure release. This means that steam briefly escapes from the drip tray after frothing milk and brewing coffee. At first, I suspected a defect, but then a YouTube video confirmed that this is normal. It's perhaps a little loud overall, but since it's not constant noise, it's tolerable. The machine extracts the maximum flavor from every type of coffee grounds, produces excellent crema, and the milk frother works perfectly and, unlike some other machines such as those from DeLonghi, is very easy to clean. Simply remove the plastic cover, clean it under running water, and wipe the metal rod with a sponge. It's also very easy to prepare several cups in succession without any issues with excessively high or low pressure. We would buy this machine again in a heartbeat and recommend it to our friends, who have been very grateful and are still talking about it. :-)
