Ich habe eine infrarot Blumfeldt Heizung gekauft,habe eine fehler ich habe sie kontaktiert aber sollte 1€ zahlen und 29 € p.m. habe ihm in November 2025 gekauft ich habe Garantie? Auf display ist ein zeigen wo sie keine Antwort auf haben und mehrere Käufer haben die gleiche Fehler sie sollten der Heizung für Reparatur einschicken es ist kein gute Werbung ,LG ratlos.

I bought a Blumfeldt infrared heater, it has a fault. I contacted them but they wanted me to pay €1 and €29 per month. I bought it in November 2025. Do I have a warranty? There's a message on the display that they haven't responded to, and several other buyers have the same problem. They told me to send the heater in for repair. This isn't good advertising. Best regards, baffled.

Wirklich top. Optisch ein Hingucker und die Leistung , selbst im Winter in meinem Wintergarten absolut ausreichend.

Bin sehr begeistert von der Heizleistung. Wird schneller heiß als erwartet. App funktioniert einwandfrei . Mit der elektronischen Zeiteinstellung ist es im Büro schön warm wenn wir es morgens betreten. Stromzähler rennt natürlich auch bei 3500 Watt Leistung. Wir heizen 10 Minute voll vor und dann halbe Leistung. Wir werden für unseren geschützten Aussenbereich noch 4 weitere Dunkelstrahler als Ersatz für fie vorhandenen Infratotstrahler anschaffen.

I'm very impressed with the heating performance. It heats up faster than expected. The app works perfectly. With the electronic timer, the office is nice and warm when we arrive in the morning. Of course, the electricity meter is running at 3500 watts. We preheat at full power for 10 minutes and then reduce it to half power. We're planning to buy four more dark radiators for our sheltered outdoor area to replace the existing infrared heaters.

Klasse Heizstrahler. Schnelle Lieferung und gut verpackt. Von der Bedienung einfach einzustellen. Bei dem Anbau würde ich mit noch jemanden dazu holen, da er doch ein bißchen was wiegt. Von der Heizstrahlung her war ich auch angetan. 20qm Sommergarten hat er gut in Griff, was Wärme angeht. Beim Kauf kann man nichts verkehrt machen. Hab ihn an der Wand verbaut.

Excellent patio heater. Fast delivery and well packaged. Easy to adjust. I'd recommend getting someone to help you with the installation, as it's quite heavy. I was also impressed with the heat output. It easily heats my 20 square meter conservatory. You can't go wrong with this purchase. I mounted it on the wall.

Super securely packaged and delivered quickly. Great look and beautiful design. Handling via remote control is flawless; the optional app solution isn't necessary. Assembly is a bit fiddly, but doable. I would like stronger insulation on the back panel to prevent too much heat from radiating backwards. @blumfeldt Heater: Or do you have any retrofit options to reduce rear heat radiation?

Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Heizstrahlern bei Amazon hat er einen eingebauten Thermostat, mit dem die Raumtemperatur geregelt werden kann. Danach habe ich gesucht.Zudem ist die Montage des Heizstrahlers super einfach. Die mitgelieferten Halterungen kann man über Nuten im Strahler da platzieren, wo man sie braucht. Mit Flügelschrauben fixieren, fertig.

Unlike most other patio heaters on Amazon, this one has a built-in thermostat for regulating the room temperature. That's exactly what I was looking for. Plus, mounting the heater is incredibly easy. The included brackets can be positioned wherever needed using the grooves in the heater. Just secure them with wing nuts, and you're done.

Der Heizstrahler als solcher ist top.Kleine Mankos sind das etwas kurze Kabel für eine Wandbefestigung und dieWandhalterung. Die Anleitung hilft nicht weiter, so half nur probieren und fluchen.

The heater itself is great. Minor drawbacks are the somewhat short cable for wall mounting and the wall bracket itself. The instructions are unhelpful, so trial and error and some cursing were the only options.

Ein super Produkt, schnell angebaut und funktioniert tadellos. Bin mega zufrieden, heizt in Kürze den Raum auf und lässt sich mühelos regulieren. Würde es wieder kaufen...

Es ist bereits der zweite Heizstrahler den wir kaufen und wir sind erneut zufrieden. Diesmal war es sogar eine Blitzlieferung, perfekt. Wir werden noch einen dritten bestellen :-)

Das Produkt ist sehr gut, nur die Wlan Anbindung ist Katastrophe. In der Bedienungsanleitung steht unter "WLAN zurücksetzen" drücken sie nacheinander die Tasten 4, 3, 2 - wie soll man wissen können wo diese Tasten sind und zudem ist es nicht korrekt. Die Tasten sind natürlich auf der Fernbedienung und wer die Zahlen sucht, der sucht mal eine Weile.......für das braucht man wieder die Bedienungsanleitung und die Abbildung der Fernbedienung...hätte man auch klarer beschreiben können.Richtig sind die Zahlen 1, 4, 3, 2 und dann blinkt das Wlan Symbol und kann mit dem App verbunden werden. Hilfe vom Support musst keine erwarten - die kennen sich noch weniger aus als du selber, oder sie stehen auf der Leitung

The product itself is very good, but the Wi-Fi connection is a disaster. The instruction manual says to press buttons 4, 3, 2 in sequence under "Reset Wi-Fi" – how are you supposed to know where those buttons are? Besides, that's not correct. The buttons are obviously on the remote control, and if you're looking for the numbers, you'll be searching for ages... for that, you need the manual again and the diagram of the remote... they could have described it much more clearly. The correct number to press is 1, 4, 3, 2, and then the Wi-Fi symbol will blink and you can connect to the app. Don't expect any help from support – they either know even less than you do, or they're completely clueless.

Ich heize seit November 2023 meine ca. 40m3 Werkstatt damit.Zuvor hatte ich immer 1-2 2000W Heizlüfter im Einsatz. Der grosse Unterscheid ist, dass wenn ich das Tor öffne, die Luft zwar schnnell abkaltet, aber die aufgeheziten Gegenstände nun die Wärme gut halten und die Werkstatt somit schnell wieder auf Temperatur kommt. Ich heize die Werkstatt auf 10-15°, was mir vollkommen ausreicht und daher damit sicheerlich deutlich Strom sparen kann, im Vergleich zu vorher. Ich hoffe es zumindest sehr und bisher macht es auch den Eindruck, dass ich mit weniger, mehr Wärme erhalte.Was mich persönlich etwas stört, ist die punktuelle Wärmequelle. Die Heizung habe ich auf ca. 2.2m Höhe montiert und somit die Wärme von oben her kommt. Die Oberfläche wird doch sehr heiss, daher sollte darauf geachtet werden, dass die Oberfläche regelmässig gereinigt wird. Das mache ich zumindest so.Die Verbindung mit dem Internet war etwas anstrengend, hat aber letztendlich geklappt. Die neue App ist auch deutlich besser als vorher. Es lassen sich sogar Szenarien programmieren.Die Fernbedienung funktioniert, mehr gibt es dazu nicht zu sagen.Für meine Werkstatt und Verwendung super.Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass sie als Terrassenheizung etwas zu schwach sein könnte, da die Wärmeabstrahlung nicht besonders weit reicht.

I've been heating my approximately 40m³ workshop with this since November 2023. Before that, I always used one or two 2000W fan heaters. The big difference is that when I open the door, the air cools down quickly, but the heated objects now retain the heat well, and the workshop warms up again quickly. I heat the workshop to 10-15°C, which is perfectly sufficient for me and therefore certainly saves a significant amount of electricity compared to before. At least, I certainly hope so, and so far it seems that I'm getting more heat with less power. What bothers me a bit is the localized heat source. I mounted the heater at a height of about 2.2m, so the heat comes from above. The surface gets quite hot, so you should make sure to clean it regularly. That's what I do, at least. Connecting to the internet was a bit tricky, but it worked out in the end. The new app is also much better than the previous one. You can even program scenarios. The remote control works, there's nothing more to say about it. It's great for my workshop and my use. However, I can imagine it might be a bit too weak as a patio heater, since the heat radiation doesn't reach very far.

Der Dunkelstrahler kam sicher verpackt bei mir an.Die Montage ist sehr einfach (wir waren zu zweit, eventuell ist es alleine etwas schwieriger den Strahler an der Wand zu befestigen). Ich hatte gelesen, dass es bei den ersten Malen etwas dauern wird, bis die volle Leistung eintritt, das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Nach der Montage habe ich mit der Fernbedienung den Heizstrahler auf die höchste Temperatur eingestellt, ein paar Minuten gewartet und dann kam schon eine intensive Wärme. Das Gerät wird auf der Vorderseite schon heiss, nach oben oder hinten finde ich, strahlt es kaum Hitze ab. Mit der Fernbedienung lässt sich der Strahler sehr einfach bedienen. Eine Batterie ist bereits in die Fernbedienung eingelegt gewesen.Eine Weile gibt der Strahler nach dem Ausschalten noch Wärme ab. Geräusche habe ich während dem Betrieb keine gehört.Den Strahler habe ich im Innenraum montiert und wahrscheinlich werde ich ihn ein paar mal auf höchster Stufe einheizen, damit der Geruch vergeht. Es ist kein beissender Geruch, für mich ein bekannter Geruch, der auch bei erstem Benutzen von einem Heizlüfter verströmt wird.Wenn sich das nicht geben sollte, dann ergänze ich meine Rezension noch entsprechen.Ich bin bis jetzt sehr zufrieden und kann den Strahler auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

The infrared heater arrived safely packaged. Installation is very easy (there were two of us; it might be a bit more difficult to mount the heater on the wall alone). I had read that it takes a while for it to reach full power the first few times, but I can't confirm that. After installation, I used the remote control to set the heater to the highest temperature, waited a few minutes, and then it was already very warm. The front of the unit gets quite hot, but I find that it radiates very little heat upwards or backwards. The heater is very easy to operate with the remote control. A battery was already installed in the remote. The heater continues to give off heat for a while after being switched off. I didn't hear any noise during operation. I installed the heater indoors, and I will probably run it on the highest setting a few times to get rid of the smell. It's not a pungent smell; to me, it's a familiar smell, the kind you get when you first use a space heater. If it doesn't go away, I'll update my review accordingly. So far, I'm very satisfied and can definitely recommend the heater.

Durch die flache Bauweise fällt der Dunkelstrahler nicht so extrem auf. Dazu sieht er noch gut aus. Wenn er eingeschaltet ist, zeigt das Display es deutlich und in unseren Augen schön an.Unter einer Markise oder einem überstehenden Dach breitet sich die Wärme recht gut aus. Natürlich ist die Wärmeverteilung etwas unterschiedlich. Das kann aber auch z.B. besser einer Feier dazu führen das die Plätze mal getauscht werden.

Thanks to its flat design, the dark radiator isn't too obtrusive. Plus, it looks good. When it's switched on, the display shows this clearly and, in our opinion, attractively. The heat spreads quite well under an awning or overhanging roof. Of course, the heat distribution varies somewhat. This can actually be beneficial, for example, if people move around during a party.

Prodotto dall'ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. io ho preso la versione da 2400w , che utilizzo a potenza anche inferiore tramite un regolatore con dimmer fai da te ( acquistato sempre su Amazon ) . Il funzionamento è molto semplice , on/off e temperatura regolabile a mezzo del piccolo telecomando fornito in dotazione . Al raggiungimento di quanto impostato si stacca . ( Con una tolleranza di circa 2 gradi ). Non ha purtroppo nessuna possibilità di programmazione a bordo e non è possibile usare smart plug allo scopo perché nel momento in cui si da' corrente va solo in standby e si può accendere solo tramite telecomando . Ho risolto con un ripetitore di telecomando broadlink dopo aver acquisito i comandi e programmando il tutto tramite app. Uso poi una smartplug della Meross per poter verificare i consumi , che sono pari a quanto dichiarato. La temperatura sviluppata è molto elevata, dopo 5 minuti dall'accensione ho rilevato con pistola infrarossi oltre 300 gradi , quindi attenzione a dove viene posizionato . Io lo uso in affiancamento ad un sistema aria aria in pompa di calore per scaldare un salone di 50 mq in zona tavolo da pranzo e fa egregiamente il suo lavoro.

Product with an excellent quality/price ratio. I bought the 2400w version, which I use at even lower power via a DIY dimmer regulator (also purchased on Amazon). Operation is very simple, on/off and adjustable temperature via the small remote control provided. When the set temperature is reached, it switches off. (With a tolerance of about 2 degrees). Unfortunately, it has no on-board programming option and it is not possible to use a smart plug for this purpose because when you turn on the power it only goes into standby and can only be turned on via the remote control. I solved this with a Broadlink remote control repeater after acquiring the commands and programming everything via the app. I then use a Meross smartplug to check consumption, which is equal to what is declared. The temperature developed is very high, after 5 minutes from switching on I measured over 300 degrees with an infrared gun, so be careful where it is positioned. I use it alongside an air-to-air heat pump system to heat a 50m2 living room near the dining table and it does its job very well.

Der Strahler wurde schnell und sehr gut verpackt geliefert. Er ist sehr gut verarbeitet und hat ein ansprechendes Design. Durch die nach außen gewölbte Oberfläche und das Glaspanel mit den Anzeigeeinheiten ist er ein Hingucker. Geliefert wurden alle Befestigungsteile und eine leicht verständliche deutschsprachige Bedienungsanleitung. Die Bedienung mit der Fernbedienung ist klar und einfach und alle Daten sind in dem Glaspanel ablesbar. Für Personen die die Leuchtanzeige als störend empfinden, kann sie mit der Fernbedienung ausgeschaltet werden, so dass nur noch die "Power" Anzeige leuchtet. Die bisherige Verwendung hat überzeugt und einen zufriedenen Käufer hinterlassen.

All mounting hardware and an easy-to-understand German-language instruction manual were included. Operation with the remote control is clear and simple, and all data is legible on the glass panel. For those who find the illuminated display distracting, it can be switched off using the remote control, leaving only the power indicator lit. So far, its use has been excellent, leaving the customer satisfied.

Encantada con este radiador infrarrojo. Es de gran tamaño pero no ocupa mucho espacio al ir en la pared. Se ve resistente. Y sobretodo, lo mejor de todo,es que no hace nada de ruido. Silencioso 100%. Tiene una pantalla led en la que ves la temperatura a la que está programado. La temperatura la programas desde el mando a distancia. Tarda poquísimo en empezar a calentar por lo que enseguida empiezas a notar el calor. Además de lo práctico que es, su diseño es muy bonito y elegante. Y se adapta a cualquier tipo de decoración. Perfecto para terrazas , jardines e incluso interior.

I'm delighted with this infrared radiator. It's large but doesn't take up much space since it's wall-mounted. It seems sturdy. And best of all, it's completely silent. 100% silent. It has an LED display that shows the programmed temperature. You set the temperature using the remote control. It heats up very quickly, so you feel the warmth almost immediately. Besides being practical, its design is very attractive and elegant. It complements any décor. Perfect for patios, gardens, and even indoors.
