The technical heart of the home cinema system is the active subwoofer, which directs and drives the five satellite speakers. The 5.25" bass-reflex subwoofer, in combination with the speakers consisting of four stands and a central speaker, produces a round, room-filling overall sound with 125 watts RMS total output. The auna Areal 525 DG 5.1 system is exceptionally connectable and draws its sound from a wide variety of sources: The USB and SD ports on the front allow the surround system to communicate with portable data carriers such as USB sticks and SD cards for easy access to MP3 tracks. The Bluetooth interface also allows wireless streaming via smartphone, tablet or laptop. The AUX input block at the rear can also be used to connect audio components of all kinds, such as computers, DVD, CD & MP3 players, to the auna Areal 525 DG. With two 6.3 mm inputs, two wired microphones can also be connected. The satellite speakers are connected via RCA plugs, which is child's play, while the menus and sound settings are allowed to be adjusted with the supplied remote control. The auna Areal 525 DG surround system is also visually impressive and, owing to its elegant overall design, fits perfectly into any living room ambience.
