I had to buy the countertop twice, probably because the first time it was a poorly verified return as one of the knobs was broken. They refunded me even before they received the physical return. Very good of them! The only downside was the delivery company! Once installed, the new one works perfectly. Better than I expected. It's for an elderly person, and the mechanical knobs are perfect!
