With the Klarstein Carpaccio cutting machine, you can determine how thick you want to slice: choose a slice thickness from 0 to 12 mm using the stepless rotary control. The stainless steel knife with a diameter of 250 mm can professionally cut pieces of meat with a maximum size of 200 x 155 mm - and of course this also works with sausage, vegetables or bread. With 240 watts of power, the motor brings the blade to a rapid 282 rpm to ensure quick filleting. The movable sliding carriage holds the clippings in place and has various protective devices to prevent accidental injuries. An integrated blade sharpener provides the blade with a new grind if necessary and thus maintains the cutting force for a long time.
