Cette plaque était encastrable et non mentionné dans le descriptif. Dommage.Je l'ai signalé et tout a été nickel . La transaction pour le retour a été très fluide avec un personnel toujours au top . Je me suis empressée de le retourner, puisque la preuve de dépôt a été enregistrée vendredi 14. novembre.

The item arrived on time and was perfectly packaged. I couldn't keep this item (which was quite nice) as it didn't meet my expectations. This cooktop was built-in, which wasn't mentioned in the description. A shame. I reported this, and everything was handled perfectly. The return process was very smooth, with excellent staff. I returned it promptly, as the proof of postage was recorded on Friday, November 14th.

Sehr schöner, einfach zu installierender Herd. Alles was man braucht ist dabei. Nur ein wenig Werkzeug noch, dann klappts, mit ein bischen Erfahrung.Der Herd überzeugt durch einfache Bedienung und Reinigung, sowie durch eine klasse Optik.

A very nice, easy-to-install stove. Everything you need is included. Just a few tools are needed, and with a little experience, you're good to go. The stove impresses with its ease of use and cleaning, as well as its great look.
