The Retrospective Series is a timeless homage to a bygone era and makes a statement of uncompromising, authentic Made in Berlin design.

Inspired by the 70s aesthetic, classical and innovative details come together and blend into a timeless piece. The new back line of the Retrospective ensemble is an active mono subwoofer.

The NUMAN RetroSub has been developed as part of a home cinema system, just like the NUMAN UniSub and was accordingly designed for use with multi-channel receivers with separate subwoofer channels. As a result of its slightly more compact design, the RetroSub really shines in a 2.1 system, should you want to give more depth to floor-standing or bookshelf speakers.

IMPRESSIVE INTERIOR

The 24.5 cm (10") front-firing woofer provides tonal satisfaction with a full and powerful bass response giving precision and freedom from distortion to the entire sound spectrum. Home cinema and gaming applications as well as conventional music tracks are amplified by low frequency sound components.

The aluminium fixed base with silicone feet reduces unwanted resonance, vibrations and feedback to a minimum. The subwoofer has been furnished with a bass reflex report on the bottom, giving more freedom when positioning the subwoofer in a room.
