Lucia Food Processor 3-in-1 1800 W / 2.7 PS 5 Litre Stainless Steel BPA-free

Anfangs war ich skeptisch, ob die Maschine meine Geliebte MUM ersetzen kann.Aber: so eine gute Machine habe ich noch nie besessen!!!Ob Brotteig kneten, Mürbeteig, Sahne steif schlagen, Bisquitteig, Nudeln oder Kekse zubereiten.Genauso das Mixen ist kein Problem.Ich habe vorher mit einer MUM alles gemacht, die nach 20 Jahren defekt ging-darf sie auch. Dann kurzfristig mit einer sehr teuren Kenwood gearbeitet… das ist kein Vergleich mit dieser Maschine.Warum auch immer ist der Knetteig in einem Bruchteil der Zeit zubereitet: egal ob Brot, Pizza oder Mürbeteig… ein Traum für jeden, der gerne selber was herstellt. Anfangs hat mich der Ton/Lautstärke etwas genervt (bin da extrem empfindlich), das hat sich mittlerweile aber gelegt.An Zubehör ist alles dabei, was man braucht:Knethaken, Rührer, verschiedene Nudelaufsätze, Wursttüllen, Fleischwolfaufsätze in 2 verschiedenen Stärken.Ist alle aus Leichtmetall gefertigt und darf leider nicht in die Spülmaschine, das ist echt das einzige Manko.Eine 2. Rührschüssel dazu wäre perfekt und noch der Plätzchen Aufsatz, die sind aber für kleines Geld dazu erhältlich.Hier noch einige Bilder, was ich in den letzten Tagen damit gezaubert habe.

At first, I was skeptical whether this machine could replace my beloved MUM. But: I've never owned such a good machine! Whether kneading bread dough, shortcrust pastry, whipping cream, making sponge cake batter, pasta, or cookies, it's all a breeze. Mixing is no problem either. I used to do everything with a MUM, which finally broke down after 20 years—and rightly so. Then I briefly used a very expensive Kenwood… but there's no comparison to this machine. For whatever reason, the dough is ready in a fraction of the time: whether it's bread, pizza, or shortcrust pastry… a dream for anyone who enjoys making things themselves. Initially, the sound/volume bothered me a bit (I'm extremely sensitive to noise), but that's subsided now. All the necessary accessories are included: dough hook, beater, various pasta attachments, sausage stuffers, and meat grinder attachments in two different sizes. Everything is made of lightweight metal and unfortunately isn't dishwasher safe, which is really the only drawback. A second mixing bowl would be perfect, as would the cookie attachment, but these are available separately for a small price. Impastatrice davvero potente e versatile. La ciotola da 5 litri permette di lavorare impasti grandi senza fatica, mentre il motore da 1800 W garantisce una lavorazione uniforme anche con impasti più duri. Le 6 velocità sono perfette per adattarsi a ogni preparazione. Ottima anche la presenza del tritacarne e del frullatore, che la rendono una vera stazione completa per la cucina. Solida, stabile e semplice da usare. Ottima anche come regalo!

Es gefällt mir an sich dass ich die Maschine oft gebrauchen kann. Sehr praktisch, leicht zu reinigen.Die Rührschüssel ist aus Metall und rastet mit einer Drehung in ein Plastikteil ein. Da habe ich große Bedenken, dass die Schüssel während des Rührens in das Plastik einklemmt und sich nicht mehr lösen lässt! Ist mir auch passiert.Die Schutzabdeckung der Schüssel habe ich bis jetzt nicht entfernen können. Sitzt einfach fest!Alles in allem, gute Maschine mit viel Zubehör. Ich denke man muss sie vorsichtig mit Gefühl verwenden, dann wird man wohl lange Freude dran haben. Viel Plastik.

I like that I can use the machine often. Very practical, easy to clean. The mixing bowl is metal and clicks into a plastic part with a twist. I'm very concerned that the bowl will get stuck in the plastic while mixing and won't come loose! That's what happened to me. I haven't been able to remove the bowl's protective cover yet. It's just stuck tight! All in all, a good machine with lots of accessories. I think you have to use it carefully and gently, then you'll probably enjoy it for a long time. Lots of plastic.
