Wir haben 3 Stk. von diesen Hochbeeten gekauft. Leider waren in Summe 4 Teile beschädigt. Gehen davon aus, dass die Pakete vermutlich beim Transport nicht fachgerecht gehandhabt wurden und die Beschädigungen dadurch entstanden sind.Dadurch wir die Pakete erst nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist geöffnet haben, war eine Rückgabe lt. Bestimmungen nicht mehr möglich. Als wir uns mit dem Verkäufer in Verbindung setzten, war dieser jedoch gerne bereit die beschädigte Ware zu ersetzten bzw. einen Rabatt zu gewähren.Diese Art von KUNDENSERVICE möchten wir hiermit BESONDERS erwähnen !!!Das Produkt ansich ist gut verarbeitet, leicht aufzubauen und sieht auch sehr gut aus.Gerne wieder.

We purchased three of these raised garden beds. Unfortunately, a total of four were damaged. We assume the packages were not handled properly during transport, resulting in the damage. Because we only opened the packages after the return period had expired, a return was no longer possible according to the terms and conditions. However, when we contacted the seller, they were happy to replace the damaged goods or offer a discount. We would like to give special mention to this kind of customer service! The product itself is well-made, easy to assemble, and looks very good. We would gladly buy it again.

Leider Schadhaftes Material geliefert bekommen, nach dem Zusammenbauen war es zwar nicht mehr sichtbar, aber sowas sollte bei dem Preis nicht sein.

Unfortunately, I received defective material; although it wasn't visible after assembly, this shouldn't happen at this price.

Der Karton wiegt knapp 30 kg und ist daher echt schwer. ich denke allerdings, dass dies ein Zeichnen von guter Qualität ist-So ist es wirklich sehr stabil.Es lässt sich relativ einfach zusammen bauen - obwohl es doch etwas dauert.Die Anleitung dazu ist aber auch sehr verständlich.Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut und ich hoffe auch mal, dass die Farbe auch so toll bleibt.So sind wir damit zufrieden und für den Preis ist es auch okay.

The box weighs almost 30 kg and is therefore quite heavy. However, I think it's a high-quality product – it's really very sturdy. It's relatively easy to assemble, although it does take some time. The instructions are very clear. I really like the design and I hope the color stays this vibrant. So we're happy with it, and it's okay for the price.

Das Gartenbett war sehr leicht aufzubauen (zu zweit ist einfacher aber geht auch alleine) und war innerhalb von 10 Minutes fertig. Das Material ist optisch relativ einfach aber scheint sehr robust zu sein, wasserdicht und sehr pflegeleicht, kann mit einem feuchten Tuch gereinigt werden und musst nicht geölt werden. Mann muss nur achten, dass das Gartenbett tatsächlich nur für den Garten gedacht is, für die Terrasse passt es nicht, da es kein Boden hat und soll direkt auf der Erde im Garten gestellt werden.

The garden bed was very easy to assemble (it's easier with two people, but it's doable alone) and was ready within 10 minutes. The material looks relatively simple but seems very robust, waterproof, and very easy to care for; it can be cleaned with a damp cloth and doesn't need to be oiled. Just be aware that the garden bed is really only intended for the garden; it's not suitable for a patio because it doesn't have a base and is meant to be placed directly on the ground in the garden.
