Top features
Even warmth from floor to ceiling: Convection heating circulates warm air throughout the entire room — no cold corners, no draughts, just consistent, comfortable heat in every part of the space.
Set it and forget it: The electronic thermostat holds your chosen temperature to within ±0.5 °C, so the room stays exactly as warm as you want it — no constant fiddling, no overheating.
Quiet enough for a bedroom: At under 35 dB, the Bornholm runs at little more than a whisper — quieter than a library, and perfectly compatible with sleep or focused work.
Heat only when you need it: The built-in 7-day programming system lets you plan your heating schedule a full week ahead, automatically lowering output when the room is empty and cutting unnecessary running costs.
Ready wherever you need it: With a slim profile of under 10 cm, the Bornholm mounts flush to any wall and takes up no floor space — and because it simply plugs into a standard socket, there's no installation work, no drilling, and no landlord's permission required. The dust filter keeps the element clean and prevents burnt-dust odours.
Product description
If you've ever sat in a room where one corner's roasting and another's freezing — or been kept awake by a heater that hums and clicks all night — the Klarstein Bornholm is built for you. This electric panel convector delivers up to 1500 W of even, room-filling warmth in near silence, running at under 35 dB so it won't disturb your sleep or break your concentration at your desk.
Unlike fan heaters that blast hot air at your ankles, the Bornholm uses natural convection — warm air rises from floor to ceiling and circulates gently throughout the room, eliminating cold spots and draughts. The electronic thermostat maintains your chosen temperature to within ±0.5 °C, so once you've set it, it simply gets on with the job. A built-in 7-day programming system means you can set your heating schedule for the whole week in advance, only running when it's actually needed — and keeping your energy bills in check.
Renters, in particular, will appreciate this one. There's no installation work, no drilling, no waiting for a landlord's permission — just plug it in, position it where you need it, and take it with you when you move on. With a slim profile of under 10 cm, it sits flush against the wall without dominating the room. A dust-filter protects the heating element and prevents that unpleasant burning smell you get when dust settles on a hot surface.
Compatible with standard UK and Irish mains sockets at 220–240 V, 50 Hz. Whether it's a bedroom, home office, workshop, or holiday cottage, the Klarstein Bornholm keeps the chill out — reliably, quietly, and without any fuss. Order yours today and stay warm on your terms.
