The product was extremely well packed (I had read reviews of these products being delivered with broken element) but I had no complaints as the packaging provided 3 layers of boxes and the element was also fitted with packers. Service was also excellent as I only ordered this a week before Covid restrictions were eased and it arrived within that week. The heater is most powerful electrical heater I have come across and can feel the heat several meters away even on chilly days/evenings. It does come with quite a short lead and European Shucko plug but Blumfeldt gave me a suitable refund to buy an adaptor. Excellent service and I will be using them again

Great quality and efficiency for this heater. Used under a small terrace to heat the exterior of a spa in the fall and winter. The heating power is excellent and fast at 1650 and 2500 watts. 850 watt mode useful for power saving. Well made and practical remote control. Designed to last given the quality and assembly of the device.
