I have received the shipment of this cheap quality swing on 14th april. within 1 week (with almost no usage) one woonden joint in one leg broke either during shipment or manfuacturing defect or cracked while assembly. however when i escalated to the manufacturer to provide a replacement of only the broken spare part they confirm this company will not provide any replacement spare part. this means, if even a small trouble (wood cracked/screw damaged during installation/cannopy tear), they will not provide a spare part replacement. this is absurd and the worst of its kind ever. i strongly advise everyone not to purchase any product from this manufacturer who is unwilling to provide spare parts. a very angry and unsatisfied customer.

Die Hollywoodschaukel ist sehr schön und vom Holz her stabil . Aber das Dach ist schon nach zwei Jahren kaputt und es ist nicht möglich hier ein Ersatzdach zu bekommen . Nirgends gibt es ein passendes. Also Finger weg von der Schaukel. Ohne Dach macht sie kein Sinn.....sehr schlecht von der Firma das kein Ersatzdach angeboten wird,

The porch swing is very beautiful and the wood is sturdy. But the roof is already broken after two years, and it's impossible to get a replacement roof here. There's no suitable one available anywhere. So, stay away from this swing. Without a roof, it's pointless...it's very unfortunate of the company not to offer a replacement roof.

Die Hollywoodschaukel Tahiti in grün haben wir neulich bei Ihnen gekauft und letzten Mittwoch bei uns im Garten aufgebaut. Die Schaukel ist dekorativ, sehr stabil und hervorragend verarbeitet.
