We ask that all individuals who report vulnerabilities follow these guidelines:
- Do not publicly or to third parties disclose the vulnerability before we have had an opportunity to verify and resolve it.
- Do not exploit, modify, or destroy any data that is not your own.
- Respect privacy and comply with data protection laws.
We are committed to:
- Acknowledging your report within 7 working days;
- Providing regular updates on our assessment and remediation timeline;
- Informing on the outcome of the assessment;
- If applicable, informing when the issue is resolved.
