The compact blumfeldt hedgehog hotel is made of untreated fir wood and is exactly the right size so that young animals in particular can find a safe and comfortable place to stay. Regardless of whether you want to offer the hedgehogs a chance to hibernate, a sheltered place to eat or a safe nesting area, the hedgehog house is suitable for all of these purposes all year round. Simply fill the inside of the house with some leaves, straw, wood wool or the like and it will attract a new, well-defended resident in a short time. You are not only doing the hedgehogs a favour, but also your garden, because the animals are true masters of natural pest control: snails, beetles and caterpillars are at the top of their menus.
To ensure that the hedgehog is also safe, the interior of the house has been designed with two chambers so that cats and foxes cannot penetrate the house residents. You can remove the roof of the feeder for easy cleaning.
